I’m pleased to announce the launch of a new event on the second Sunday of each month: The Sydney Folk Guitar School and Hoot night. Each month I am programming of music study and collaboration. It begins with a one hour lesson at 6p, followed by a short concert by a featured performer, followed by a community jam session open to all experience levels and instruments. It’s hosted by the great club Mr. Falcon’s in Glebe. The first one will be Sunday 14 June, with me as feature performer. The lessons is “Intro to Fingerstyle Guitar”. We’ve got Leroy Lee on deck for the concert in July, and lots more coming. Please join us, and drop me a note with any questions!
